Privacy Policy
This page is about the Prime Dev Studios website and how we handle messages sent to us.
It is website copy, not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer.
It does not describe what happens on a site that installs our plugins. Those sites have their own hosts, their own visitors, and their own privacy policies. Photographs, charts, and feeds you put in WordPress stay on that WordPress site unless you choose to send them to us.

What this site collects
We do not run customer accounts or checkout on this site. Paid copies are sold through the Divi Marketplace (Elegant Themes). Their privacy policy covers that purchase — name, email, payment.
On this site we may see:
- Pages you open. Ordinary web-server and security logs (address, browser, pages requested, time). We use a host and a content-delivery / security layer in front of the site. Those vendors see the same kind of request data any public site produces.
- A message you send. If you write to `support@primedevstudios.com` or use Support when that form is live, we keep the address you give and the text you send so we can reply. We do not need a file upload for support; do not send license keys, passwords, or personal data you would not put in an email.
- Someone signed in to WordPress. If you are an editor on this site, WordPress stores a login session. Visitors who are not signed in do not get an account cookie from us.
We do not run a newsletter from this page. We do not ask for payment details here.
What we do not collect from the plugins
Prime Gallery Pro and Prime Charts run on your WordPress install.
- Gallery reads media you already keep in that site’s library.
- Charts can paste rows, read a file in the browser, or fetch a feed you point at. That request leaves from your server, not from primedevstudios.com.
We do not receive those photographs or figures unless you attach them to an email or a support thread.
Cookies
This public site does not require cookies to read the product or documentation pages.
If cookies are set, they are the ordinary ones for:
- a signed-in WordPress session (editors only)
- the host or security layer in front of the site
There is no separate Cookie Policy page. Browser controls still apply.
If we add analytics later, this page will name the tool and why it is there. Until then, do not assume a marketing pixel is running.
How we use a message you send
To answer it. To keep a short record of what was asked if the same problem comes back.
We do not sell that address. We do not hand it to a list broker. We may use a mailbox host to receive mail.
How long we keep it
Server logs follow the host’s normal rotation.
Support mail stays as long as the thread is useful, then we delete or archive it. You can ask us to delete a message you sent: hello@primedevstudios.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a message you sent. Write to the studio address above.
Marketplace purchases are held by Elegant Themes, not in an account on this site. Change or delete that data with them.
Children
This site is for people who build WordPress sites. It is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the bottom is the version that applies.
