Terms
These terms cover the Prime Dev Studios website and the plugins we publish.
They are website copy, not a substitute for advice from your own lawyer. If a term here conflicts with the GNU GPL, the GPL wins for the plugin code.
Who we are
Prime Dev Studios publishes WordPress plugins for the Divi 5 builder. This site is primedevstudios.com.
The website
You may browse this site, the product pages, and the documentation.
Do not attempt to break into the site, overload it, or scrape it in a way that interferes with other visitors. Do not present our name, logo, or product names as your own.
The plugins
Prime Gallery Pro, Prime Charts, and any later Prime Dev Studios plugins shipped for Divi are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. See License.
That license is the license of the software. These terms do not replace it.
Buying a plugin
Today, paid copies are sold through the Divi Marketplace (Elegant Themes). Their checkout, refund, and account rules apply to that purchase.
A Marketplace purchase is how you pay for a packaged release, updates we publish, and support we offer. It is not a separate proprietary licence that takes rights away from the GPL. You may use, study, change, and share the plugin code under the GPL.
We do not sell per-site “seats” that forbid you from installing the plugin on more than one WordPress site. If that ever changes, it will be written here and on the product page — not implied.
What we do not promise
The plugins are provided as-is. We work to keep them compatible with current Divi 5 and WordPress versions listed on each product page. We do not promise that a plugin will suit every site, every host, or every future version of WordPress or Divi.
If a page on this site disagrees with the plugin’s own documentation, trust the documentation for how a control behaves.
Support
Support is offered for current, unmodified releases of plugins we still list as available.
When the support form on this site is live, use that. Until then, use the channel named on the Support page.
We may refuse to debug a site that is running a copy of the plugin you changed, a stack we do not list as supported, or a problem we cannot reproduce.
Your content
Anything you put in WordPress — photographs, charts, copy, feeds — remains yours. We do not claim it because you used a Prime plugin to show it.
Privacy
How this site handles data is on the Privacy Policy page.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom is the version that applies. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new wording.
